\nSo if it’s not alright, it is not yet the end.’<\/p>\n

While this might sound like typical
\n‘look on the bright side of life’
\npossibly blind and unfounded optimism,
\nit is actually true in terms of the Buddha’s teachings.
\nHow so?<\/p>\n

As long as we are not yet Buddhas,
\nwe are not totally yet alright.
\nYet, as long as we are not yet Buddhas,
\nwe can still become Buddhas (because we all have Buddha-nature).<\/p>\n

As such, everything is indeed alright in the end,
\nif ‘alrightness’ refers to Buddhahood.
\nIf it’s not alright in this sense,
\nit is not the end of the path of practice towards Buddhahood yet.
