This is often said, taken to mean &#8216;to listen to your heart and head, and to do what you really feel and know is right&#8217;. But what if being true to yourself means not being true to someone else?<\/p>\n<p>And what if everyone being true to themselves means going against everyone else? There would be chaos and being true to ourselves would not make any sense at all.<\/p>\n<p>The truth is, for there to be true harmony, we must be true to ourselves and everyone else at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>The only way to do so is to nurture perfect compassion and wisdom &#8211; for one(self) and all (other beings).
