\nas we are sabotaging ourselves
\nkarmically with our misdeeds,
\nthat will have rebounding negative effects.<\/p>\n

[182] Are there more terrifying humans than ghosts?
\nAs terrifying ghosts were mostly terrifying humans,
\nthere is probably as many of one as the other.<\/p>\n

[183] If one is not stupid enough
\nto ignore good advice,
\none is just stubborn enough,
\nthough it is stupid enough
\nto be stubborn enough too.<\/p>\n

[184] If ugly character
\ntruly mars a ‘beautiful’ form,
\ntrue beauty must then
\nbe beautiful character,
\ntruly unmarred by ‘ugly’ form.<\/p>\n

[185] Fret over inevitable pain
\naggravates it.
\nAcceptance of inevitable pain
\nunderstands it.<\/p>\n

[186] As our habits either diminish or deepen,
\nit is crucial to deepen the wholesome ones

\ntheir reliability comes on a sliding scale,

\nIt is a challenging practice

[190] Excess focus on physical healing
\nin this limited life is self-defeating,
\nforgetting that death is eventual,
\nthat complete healing is spiritual too,
\nliberation from life and death.<\/p>\n
