[421] If integrity has to be sustained by high rewards, such integrity is not very high in the first place, as high integrity is highly unconditioned by personal reward, while those with high integrity, who are already highly rewarded will readily share their rewards with others in need.<\/p>\n

\nbeing able to guide others to success;
\nit does not come from
\nbeing able to lord over others with one’s success.<\/p>\n

[423] Knowing the rationale for following rules

\nas some rules might be irrational,
\nwhich makes following them irrational too.<\/p>\n

[427] Good leaders lead by
\ntheir good examples.<\/p>\n

Good followers follow

[428] Be swifter to thank and apologise.
\nBe slower to criticise and rationalise.<\/p>\n

[429] The only real mistake
\nis to not admit
\na real mistake.<\/p>\n

[430] If you only use the Dharma
\nfor pointing out others’ mistakes,
\ninstead of for self-reflection,
\nyou will never benefit from the Dharma\u00a0\u2013
\neven if you learn it for countless lifetimes.<\/p>\n
