\nfrom the three poisons;

\nwhen buying only pre-killed animals,
\nit supports others’ personal actions of killing.<\/p>\n

[525] To free oneself,
\nrealise there is no self
\nto be freed.
\n[Realise non-self]<\/p>\n

[526] Why just lament lack of good karma?
\nWhy not just create more good karma?<\/p>\n

[527] A complete prayer is not
\njust a plea for change in your life,
\nbut also a resolution to change more lives.<\/p>\n

[528] Being insensitive is to care too little.
\nBeing oversensitive is to care too much.
\nBeing sensitive is to care just right.<\/p>\n

[529] Relating to all forms
\nhelps us live fully
\nwith compassion;
\nwithout detachment.

\nRelating to emptiness
\nhelps us to live freely
\nwith wisdom;
\nwithout attachment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Middle Path
\nis to live
\nfully yet freely,
\nfreely yet fully.<\/p>\n
