Have a sense of urgency every day, because time is always running out, with the sun about to set. Or have the same sense of urgency every night, also because time is always running out, with the sun about to rise \u2013 if you spend more time doing stuff at night. It is urgent because day by day, and night by night, life is always running out.<\/p>\n

Yet, despite the urgency, keep calm and be clear-minded \u2013 to mindfully decide what is the most important to do, and how best to do it. Otherwise, life is just going to be a continual anxiety attack. It will be the opposite of just bumming along in life, leading to a final ‘regret attack’ when this life ends, for not having done much that is meaningful. Seek the Middle Path and take it now.
