\nbad experiences too,
\nfor the good lessons.

\n<\/strong>The Dharma learnt and practised
\nwill never let you down,
\nwhile not learning and practising it,
\nyou will always let yourself down.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>No resentment,
\nbut only gratitude,
\nto have been helpful,
\neven to the ungrateful.

\n<\/strong>Have no space in the heart
\nfor attachment.
\nHave not time in the world
\nfor aversion. <\/p>\n

\neven for the unpleasant,
