Let me introduce you
\nto the new “stone” age
\nin this aquarian age…<\/p>\n

Some of the myriad colourful “new gods” of the new millennium-
\nhere are some of their exotic names in their cosmic pantheon –
\nMeet Citrine, Jade – gods of abundance
\nMeet Opal, Green Tourmaline, Citrine, Back Tourmaline – gods of bad luck
\nMeet Blue Agate, Kunzite, Drusy Chrysolla, Gem Silica, Moonstone – gods of acceptance
\nMeet Apatite, Jasper, Nephrite, Rose Quartz – gods of aggression
\nMeet Chrysoprase, Dioptase, Emerald, Malachite, Thulite, Rose Quartz – gods of beauty
\nMeet Imperial Topaz, Topaz – gods of aneroxia
\nMeet Dioptase, Selenite, Citrine – gods of ambition
\nMeet Apophyllite, Aalachite, Rose Quartz – gods of asthma<\/p>\n

In the old stone age,
\nwe believed in the seemingly ever-active formless gods,
\nof rain, thunder, wind, mountains and rivers…
\nwho can neither be seen or touched in the flesh.
\nIn this brave new stone age,
\nyou can readily have and hold on to the seemingly lifeless “new gods”,
\ncrystallised in their various shapes and sizes
\nin the palms of your hands.
\nEmbrace sacred power –
\nyou don’t have to wait for it to embrace you.
\nReach out – touch faith.
\nYou can be “devoted” to the new gods,
\nbut you might also be obsessed?<\/p>\n

How do you know if it’s your delusion
\nthat they have the powers as revealed by man?
\nWho are the new prophets?
\nEnlightened or mere messengers?
\nMessengers of truths or half-truths or total lies?
\nHow do you know it’s not their delusion?
\nI do not ask you to believe or disbelieve.
\nI am not placing a final judgement –
\nwe have to discover the ultimate TRUTH of everything by ourselves,
\nmuch less to say the truth of this one aspect of everything.<\/p>\n

Everything natural and unnatural,
\ncrystals or not, has its power,
\neach thing has different powers,
\nas according to its natural powers,
\nand the powers we attribute to it unnaturally –
\nby our personal delusions and attachments.
\nAs long as we are unenlightened,
\nwe are empowered by these two powers – power-played, enslaved.
\nThere will always be miraculous cures,
\nin the form of crystals or not…
\nuniversal panaceas for various ills,
\nas long as you believe.
\nBut whether that belief is true or not is another matter?
\nBut as long as I believe it works,
\nand as long as it seems to –
\nwhat the heck?
\nReally?<\/p>\n

Can you be happy without your favourite personal power crystal?
\nCan you be happy without an external source of power?
\nCan you be happy by yourself?
\nAre you a master of your favourite crystal,
\nor are you its slave, driven by it?<\/p>\n

Where is our ultimate refuge in this new age?
\nWhere is the true source of happiness?
\nGod and the old gods?
\nOr crystals with godlike powers?
\nOr a good friend or teacher?
\nOr yourself?
\nOr what else?<\/p>\n

Is it wiser to learn and believe in the properties and powers of stones
\nor wiser to learn and master the power of your mind,
\ngetting a grip on understanding yourself?<\/p>\n

Amongst the crystals and gems and all else…
\nbeckons refuge in the timeless Triple Gem…
\nnot always easily seen, yet can be seen,
\nnot always easily experienced, yet can be experienced –
\nthe bright and shiny multi-faceted threefold jewel of
\nthe Buddha, the Dharma & the Sangha…
\nnot a real solid gem but more precious.
\nNot an illusion –
\na transcendental indestructible diamond that cuts through all delusions,
\na crystal clear path to crystal clear Wisdom and Compassion and True Happiness.
\nThe Gem of all precious gems seen and unseen –
\nthe king of all Gems!
\nNamo!
\nI do not ask you to believe or disbelieve.
\nwe have to discover the ultimate TRUTH of everything by ourselves,
\nThis is an invitation.<\/p>\n
