\nAlternative Alice (1): Is the Cheshire Cat a Cat?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cheshire Cat:<\/span> Greetings!
\nAlice: <\/span>Are you a cat?
\nCheshire Cat:<\/span> Do I look like anything else?
\nAlice:<\/span> No, but I would hardly think you are one!
\nCheshire Cat:<\/span> Why would you say that?
\nAlice: <\/span>All the cats I’ve seen never smile, much less grin so much!
\nCheshire Cat:<\/span> Surely, I’m none of the ‘other cats’ you have seen.
\nAlice: <\/span>But I’ve never heard any cat talk either!
\nCheshire Cat: <\/span>Not any more!
\nAlice: <\/span>Okay… You are somewhat like a cat, but somewhat not like a cat too.
\nCheshire Cat: <\/span>You seem somewhat confused!
\nAlice: <\/span>I’m not confused! You must be confused to think you are a real cat.
\nCheshire Cat: <\/span>Before meeting you, I’ve never seen an Alice or heard one talk either. Does that make you not Alice?
\nAlice: <\/span>Who else could Alice be?
\nCheshire Cat: <\/span>And who else could I be?<\/p>\n

Notice that the Cheshire Cat never said he is a cat or not –
\nwhile it was Alice who was trying to figure it out!<\/span><\/p>\n
