The secret is to focus on changing the big boss\u2019s mind to improve management.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">If you focus on changing the wrong person to better the situation, it\u2019s like trying to \u94c1\u68d2\u78e8\u6210\u9488 (file an iron rod to become a needle). It&#8217;s possible to succeed but it will take too much time and energy.<\/span> Rather than being unhappy that the \u94c1\u68d2 (iron rod) hard to \u6210\u9488 (become a needle), focus on the one that is easier and more fruitful to \u78e8 (file).
