\nwe change from moment to moment –
\neven the sense of ‘self’ we believe we are clinging to.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comments:<\/strong> Are we really who we are, in our skin,
\nor are we still wearing a disguise we cling to?
\nWho we really are differs with the perceptions of others,
\nand even that of ourselves, as our perceptions change too.<\/span><\/p>\n

of all the disguises I’ve ever worn
\nI flatter myself in the most sincere form
\nstill I’m kept at a distance by friends
\nfor just pretending to be myself again<\/p>\n

Comments: <\/strong>When we present ourselves best we can,
\nare we being sincere to others and ourselves,
\nor is it a kind of insincerity?
\nIf we are insincere to ourselves, can we be sincere to others?<\/span><\/p>\n
