Thanks from a Fellow Student (Me)

Sharing the Dharma in person is great spiritual training for me. Through it, I learn to be more generous, patient and caring. Beyond sharing by writing Dharma articles online, I get the chance to connect to various kinds of fellow Buddhists in real life, to practise compassion and wisdom, to go beyond words. Sharing the Dharma regularly keeps me on my toes too, reminding me that I am also a student, who has to keep learning and practising, so that I can keep sharing.

A happy belated Teacher’s Day too, to our Original Teacher, Shakyamuni Buddha too, who introduced the precious Pureland teachings to us. The above is a thank you card from Dharma brothers and sisters of the Pureland Practice Fellowship (http://tinyurl.com/namoamituofo). Thank you for your encouragement. Without your support, I would not be able to share and the fellowship would not exist! May we continue to encourage one another to grow spiritually, till we reach Pureland. Amituofo!

The Buddhadharma is so joyous to behold,
that it should not just be learnt joyously,
that it should be shared joyously too.
