Happens.
There is no need to demonise anything happening as downright sh*tty, as it all pivots upon our perception. May we learn to mindfully experience stuff as they are, with a clear mind free of aversion and attachment, whatever they are, as they are. Likewise applies to the emotions in motion in our minds. They are just happenings that come to pass.
