Napolean Dynamite is one quirky comedy starring the amazing Jon Heder. He acted so believably as an ultra-nerd that the twist at the end where he breaks into a dance with super confidence and ‘coolness’ surprises everyone in the movie, and of course, the ones watching it too – especially those who were not yet familiar with his acting chops.
It made me think… that we are all ‘actors’, behaving awkwardly or even badly at times due to lack of compassion and wisdom. Deep down, like Napolean, when we focus, and align ourselves with our Buddha-nature, we are really extraordinary. So… why should we continue acting foolish and disconnected to the real world? It’s so uncool!
