Quitting But Not Quitted

A Tit for a Tat (167)

Tit: She’s gradually quitting meat-eating.
Tat: Cutting but not cut?
Tit: Yes – not fully cut yet.
Tat: How can she quit it if she doesn’t quit?
Tit: What do you mean?
Tat: It’s like quitting smoking – you either quit it or you don’t.
Tit: Some prefer to let attachment peter out.
Tat: To approach zero but not reaching zero immediately…
Tit: … is better than to approach (g)astronomical numbers!
Tat: She should set a ‘total-call-it-quits’ deadline though!
Tit: Yeah… no deadline means there will always be more dead for her.

  1. It is the Psychological Reversal (PR) at work!

Everyone experiences it, in all other aspects (inclusive our progress spiritually) of our life but we are not aware of it.

When people don’t seem to make progress in areas of importance to them, will blame on such things like – lack of willpower, poor motivation, and other form of character defects.

What causes PR? Negative thinking! Even most positive thinkers carry this subconscious negative, self-defeating thoughts.

    PR is correctable.

So far, I discovered this term in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) book (The EFT Manual) after attending the EFT workshop @ KMSPKS which give some introduction to EFT.

If anyone who has difficulties in becoming a Vegetarian, apply the help of EFT (which can be try it for everything). So far, people use EFT to stop craving, addition, stress, anxiety, self image etc

Very simple and easy to do.

I just discovered the GEM of EFT is – The Personal Peace Procedure (propels toward personal peace in turn contribute toward world peace).
