I am a time-traveller,
who had come from the beginningless past,
who is going to the endless future.
I am not a time-traveller,
who is always in the present,
even if I am stuck in the past, fretful of the future.

Every present moment is a past in the making and a future we are heading. To know what sort of past you are leaving behind. Look at what you are doing now at the present. To know what sort of future you are heading for. Look at what you are creating at the present. Every present is a window to the past and the future. Therefore, cherish every moment that you have.
