Insanity Plea

There was talk about
how a mass-murderer-terrorist
might plead insanity
and how the plea is not likely to be accepted.

Because his plans and actions
were too deliberate,
too intelligent,
to be the doings of any insane person.

Yet, he was indeed insane,
for no one in his right mind,
would think what he did was justified.
The more deliberated he was, the more insane he was.
