Yes but it is so hard to find fresh air these days. After coming back from a solitary retreat I did in the mountains (not even a person around for miles). I found that even in areas where it seems to be clean air the smell of restaurants, cigarettes, and traffic exhaust are still quite clearly there. It takes a stilling of these senses to actually notice them. Just like it takes a stilling of the mind to gain insight.
