“If your website is full of assholes, it’s your fault,” he writes bluntly. “And if you have the power to fix it and don’t do something about it, you’re one of them.”

The statement in bold makes sense.
Substitute ‘website’ with ‘world’
and it makes even  more sense!

If we can be non-a**holes,
but choose not to,
we are a**holes indeed!
