Sara: Why do you always eat so slowly?
Sam: Maybe it’s you who are impatient. You should eat slower with more mindfulness.
Sara: How do you know my quick eating is not done mindfully?
For all I know, you could be eating slowly because of many stray thoughts!
Although it is good to slow down
to be more mindful,
it is better to be mindful more swiftly.
