Super Short Story (96): Grin

As he couldn’t help his inappropriate grinning,
he tried to hide it, and stifle his laugh.
Never before did he know,
that there were so many ways to do so.

He could bury half his face into a handkerchief,
pretending to blow his nose.
He could take a long sip of water,
ideally a dark coloured drink.
He could fake laughing during a phonecall…
But what he really wanted to do was to burst out guffawing.
Trying to suppress his laugh, it escaped as bubbles.
