Super Short Story (224): Disguise

He decided to disappear by taking off his thoroughly
unconventional and painstakingly maintained ‘disguise’…

by taking off his hat,
by cutting off his long, permed and dyed hair entirely,
by shaving off his long and thick moustache and beard,
by taking off his thick glasses,
by switching to shoes of normal height,
by changing his standard wardrobe to something common…
all of which had been that way for ages.

Now, what he had on was the disguise of no-disguise.
He is now officially nondescript,
just another person on the street. 
His only distinct feature now
was his lack of distinct features.
