Super Short Story (227): Slipper
One of his slipper’s strap broke.
He decided to hold it with one hand,
while walking with the okay one.
After a while, he thought he looked silly
holding a hopeless broken slipper
and decided to throw it away.
After a while, he thought he still looked silly
walking with one okay slipper,
and decided to throw it away too.
After a while, he thought he still looked silly
walking with no footwear
and decided to buy a new pair of slippers.
Till then, he would have to look silly,
at least to those who don’t understand
there is nothing silly going on at all.
