Unless you wish to be seen as naggy, with each time you nag becoming less effective due to its increasingly perceived tiresomeness, there is no need to state the obvious (or repeat something endlessly), unless an issue is obviously not known, (or repeatedly ignored,) with possibly dire consequences.
