Vegan Pizza Fast!

That night, we craved for some pizza, and so we decided to make our own. We bought plain pizza bases from a supermarket, a pack of Daiya vegan mozzarella cheese (from Four Seasons organic mart, at Parkway Parade and Great World City, though optional) and a bottle of tomato basil pasta sauce.

Chopping up any vegetables that we could find in the fridge, we were lucky to have plenty of mushrooms, celeries and some vegan ham. You can also add capsicum, carrot, broccoli or eggplant if you wish.

Mixed all the chopped veggies with the sauce, and spread them evenly onto the bases as much as possible. Preheated the oven. (Mine has an auto preheat function, so I have no idea how many degrees it was or how long it took to heat up.) Sprinkle some shredded cheese onto the toppings before putting the pizza into the oven. Then heat it for about 10 minutes (varies with each oven).

Voila! Your very first self-made vegan pizza. Can’t be any simpler! Tuck right in!
