Even a so-called official review process of anything should be reviewed from time to time, lest it be taken for granted and blindly stuck to as an immutable and unquestionable law of sorts – when it might be made by the unenlightened, and is being upheld by the unenlightened. Questioners are thus not always troublemakers. Sometimes, they are the more enlightened.
