Wandering Thought #219: Loyalty

Where there are conflicts of interest, there has to be a line drawn between being loyal to those who support (or pay) you, out of your personal ‘obligatory’ duty (or greed), and being loyal to many others whom you should support, out of your larger moral duty. Loyalty is first and foremost to truth and kindness, not to that which goes against the duo, which is to let yourself and the masses down.
