Values: Wandering Thought #213

Wandering Thought #213: Values

While being adaptable to change is of value, one’s true value arises from the ability to adapt to change without changing one’s true values, as based upon compassion and wisdom. Unless already perfect, one’s values should only change to become more true and complete over time, not to become less so. Beware of those who are capable of adapting to change, to the extent of changing and even forgoing their once sound moral values, thus possibly harming others and themselves. But most of all, be wary of oneself, from possibly changing to become one of them.
