Stereotype Not

‘Tomboy: A Graphic Memoir’ by Liz Prince speaks of the author and her company’s confusion of the differences between her physical form versus its potential capabilities, and her preferences… from toys as a child to dress (or rather, ‘no-dress’) sense. It is the kind of true story that needs to be retold once in a while, to remind us all not to stereotype others, and perhaps more importantly, ourselves! Beyond the tragedy of merely not being true to oneself in the moment, is the danger of not being true to one’s full potential for life.
