[561] Being responsible for your state of mind,
so as to train and transform your mind
is the first step towards peace of mind.

[562] Why affect others with your bad moods?
Why be affected by others’ bad moods?

[563] The changing world we experience
is a changing reflection
of our changing karma and perception.

[564] Impatience with others reflects
impatience with your inability
to be patient with yourself and others.

[565] Complete self-improvement
is the complete realisation
that there is no self to improve.

[566] Hope with wisdom is realistic and worthy.
Hope with delusion is unrealistic and unworthy.

[567] The truest goodness is being good
not for personal reward,
but for the good of others.

[568] When it comes to the right thing,
thinking about it is better than not;
talking about it is better than just thinking;
doing it is better than just talking about it.

When it comes to the wrong thing,
doing it is worse than just talking about it;
talking about it is worse than just thinking;
thinking about it is worse than not.

[569] Life is too short to only wallow in petty miseries.
Life is too short to not transcend suffering,

Life is too short to only revel in fleeting pleasures.
Life is too short to not realise True Happiness.

[570] Easy is when you know how
and are willing to learn.
Hard is when you know not how
and are unwilling to learn.
