Oscar the Grouch and the Grinch
are Green, and they both start ‘G’,
and they are both Grouchy Grinning killjoys.
Did one inspire the other?
Or are they both ori-Gi-nal?
Are they siblings, cousins maybe?
Doesn’t matter much though,
as much as what they have to teach,
on Sesame Street and via Dr Seuss’ book!
