Phone Scam Alert

Attention to Singapore Police Force and folks in Singapore: Phone con-(wo)men are getting semi-automated these days. Got a call just minutes ago, from 61069999 with a Chinese recording that says to bring identity card to a police station. (Yes, the 9999 is to scare unlawfully in the name of the law!) Couldn’t help laughing. It doesn’t state my name, any reason or particular station, but for more info, press a button. Yes, that’s when the lazy caller will answer to ask for money of course, directly or indirectly. The recording plays twice and hangs up, so as to call the next potential victim.
