The cafe has a weak public Wi-Fi signal.
Some thought it would be bad for business,
but the cafes with strong Wi-Fi attracted
more who hogged seats for it,

while those who dropped by
the cafe with weak Wi-Fi
mostly are not be bothered by it,
and hogged less seats for it,

though they tend to be
readers and chatters,
who hog the seats with books and friends,
making the Wi-Fi weakness just as pointless.
