Panel Discussion @ NTU Buddhist Society
What is Suffering?
Suffering is very subjective in one’s own way and it exists in every part of our lives. How can we overcome our suffering and liberate others from their suffering? Please come join this panel discussion as a Zen Master, a NTU Professor and a Dharma Worker are invited to share with us their point of views about suffering and how they manage to overcome it in their own ways. All are welcome.
Speakers: Ven. Chi Boon, Prof. Tan, Bro. Shi’an
Date: Thursday, 19th March, 2009
Time: 7pm – 9.30pm
Venue: Tan Chin Tuan Lecture Theatre, NTU

Would really be nice if discussions or talks like this could also be shared online. If the entire content could not be made available, a summary would certainly be much appreciated. Many thanks and good day.
Why not videotape it and put it on youtube? 8)
Hi NoSelf & momo, good suggestions! I usually try to write on interesting lessons learnt here. But I also usually don’t have the time to summarise everything 🙁
On videoing, I guess it’s up to the organisers to decide on whether it’s viable. It can actually be quite tricky – getting the right equipment, lighting, editing, permission (from speakers)… But I do think videoing is the general trend – it just takes some time to be picked up by more 🙂
