This is a good post.
It was in the newspaper lately, that 1 out of 167 people is a Autistic person … So there are many different types of people in this world , besides Autistic ….
The person who stays a floor above me, has low IQ due to a fever when he was a kid. On the outside, he looks perfectly normal. If you don’t know the story, one will be surprised why a 17-18 years old teenager would enjoy playing catching with 4-5 years little gals at the void deck and playground, and not behaving like a normal teenager or stay at home study hard …
He is now working in a fast food chain (service line) to earn a living … and how’s life for him, will he get lots of complains from Customers, I don’t know …
Sometimes, we either forgotten or didn’t really understand the world we are in, we put our own expectations on lots of things, when it does not meet our ‘standard’ or our way of doing things, we either get furious or disappointed or complain or some even go to the extend of outcast these people because they don’t belong to the norm … And so does others on us …, so that is one of the reason, why our world is full of unhappiness …
Someone I spoke to, got so angry with the cleaner at work, because of the working style of this cleaner caused this person to be scolded by management. What can we expect? If this person is so good and knows all things right, he/she would not be a cleaner in the first place, he or she would be the boss!
It is good to have many real life stories to help us to understand this world, to open our heart, to eliminate misunderstandings, to be able to live harmony in this blue planet, to let us be more compassionate …
Good real life examples!
Loss of compassion is the true abnormality :oups:
