I nearly threw up watching this slide. Had to force myself to finish seeing it. Thanks for sharing this information. How could we continue to take what does not belong to us? Amituofo!
It’s great that you were determined to finish watching it! Thank you on behalf for the animals!
The sight of blood and gore
is only good for one thing –
to prevent more blood and gore.

:bloody:
I had problem watching it myself =((
It’s quite disheartening to know that there are still many who are oblivious about the suffering of such farm animals.
Sigh!
thank you for showing this clips, i dont have the guts to go on watching n i have heard lotsa stuff about such videos, no more leather goods for me from now, can’t bear to see animal suffering just for human vanity. thanks again.
Hi Jane, what you can do if you decide not to watch the vids is to read about what’s featured at websites like http://www.peta.org/living/clothingguide-intro.asp You can also share this link, plus the vid with friends who are not aware of the plight of animals. Thanks :-]
🙁
Hi Shian
thanks for the link, i have forwarded it to all my friends!

good one, i must post it on my blog as well..
i still have a lot of difficulty finding vegan shoes in spore. many shoes either have animal glue or even if they are “synthetic” leather, its mixed with a bit of the real thing.
anywhere where u can find winter thermal wear that is not made of wool?
Animal glue? Wow… i didn’t know that, how to know it’s from animal?
As for synthetic leather… just make sure the label says 100% PVC, no?
Northface has a series of winter wears which were made with recycled materials. But they ain’t cheap…
I don’t think you can tell.. and the service most probbaly wun know either..
Oh the shoes I see dun have such labels, and when I ask the staff, they tell me its synthetic leather. When I asked a more knowledgeble staff, he said synthetic but he say got mix with a bit of the real thing. Where did u get ur 100% pvc?
I am looking for the undergarments… those long sleeve shirt and pants you wear on the inside that are usually made of wool, when i go look for winter wear the last time, these were usually made of wool, no cotton options 🙁
Not all shoes have labels tho… some will have sticker behind and indicate what they were made of. I usually choose those with PVC and fabric… as for those that have no stickers, i will ask the staff and make them made sure there’s no leather in it.
These are the labels : http://www.whatapair.com/UnderstandingShoeLabels.aspx
Cotton thermal wear might not be available in Singapore, but surely can get them online : http://www.schooluniforms.com/allnat100cot.html
