How Much Do You Need?

The picture is a shred of toilet paper that I accidentally tore off while in the loo.
As it was too small to use, I recycled it with the newspapers.
An interesting thought struck me…

I was able to use the rest of the toilet paper piece without that little shred.
If so, how much, or rather, how little toilet paper do I really need to use each time?
Since the paper is used not just for wiping but for shielding from that wiped too,
with more mindfulness, less paper needs to be used.

Question of the day – ‘How much do you really need?’ Can it be less?
Let’s push our limits to save the planet, which has limited resources.
Remember – the first rule of living green is to reduce usage of resources,
even if they are recycled resources, because it takes more resources to recycle.
