The (Dis)Honour Paradox

Honour (loyalty) is honoured
even amongst organised criminals,
especially amongst them, for them to be truly organised!

But for them to get ahead,
they must be unhonourable to other non-criminals, their victims,
and possibly other criminals too.

Can criminals be as honourable to criminals
as they are dishonourable to non-criminals?
Is it harder or easier?
