Worry: Wandering Thought #234

Wandering Thought #234: Worry

Constant mere worry over anything is to focus on speculating on the negative that might never happen. It is the perfect opposite of constant appropriate action, which is to focus on doing should be done to prevent the negative from happening.

Even if nothing that can be done now, worrying still does not make any sense at all. Better than being crippled by dread indefinitely, it is wiser to move forward by focusing on action for actualising the next most important goal.
