Control Your Interpretation & Response

We don’t always control
what happens to us.
But we always control
how we interpret
what happens to us,
as well as
how we respond.

Control What You Can

We can always control
what we do,
how we interpret
what happens to us,
as well as
how we respond,
with these creating karma.

When old negative karma ripens,
although we cannot fully control it,
in terms of ending it all instantly,
we can still fully control
how we positively interpret
and positively respond to it,
with these creating new positive karma,
that changes how old karma ripens,
thus decreasing its negative effects.

The more we do our best
to control what we can control,
the more we can better control.

The more we try to ‘control’
what we cannot control,
the less we can control.
