A Financial Paradox


Received another bank’s telemarketer call to offer their loan services. To save his time, I swiftly said, ‘No thanks – No money to borrow money!’ (Okay, that’s exaggeration. It should had been ‘No thanks – No need to borrow money!’) A Financial paradox… Banks are eager to lend money to make money from those in need, while those really in need can’t really afford to borrow money. Hence the widening rich-poor divide?
