and actualise the above as much as possible.

can eventually spiritually evolve

The practice of equanimity is the equal application
of loving-kindness, compassion and rejoice
towards all beings without discrimination.

All we need to let go of is attachment, aversion and delusion,
so as to realise generosity, loving-kindness and wisdom.

As meditation trains the mind to be calm and clear,
perfected meditation leads
