JOB SATISFACTION: Many work simply to make a living, to earn money to make spending time on what they are really interested in affordable. The way around this is to become just as interested in your work – such that job satisfaction and life satisfaction become one. The extreme negative alternative is to become overworked and overpaid, and yet unhappy – because even with lots of money, there is no time for spending on what makes you really happy. If not too late, do work towards what you are passionate in, or be more passionate in your work. May your life’s work benefit as many as possible. Yes, that is key for having fulfilling work/life too.
