But it thrived on… as the name of the demon echoed in his mind… ‘Indignation, indignation, indignation….’ He realised he was feeding the demon by letting indignation possess him, haunt on. He sucked in a deep breath, reminded himself that if there is nothing to be done in the moment about the indignation, it is only wise to let it go. He heaved the deep breath out, along with the stale heaviness of indignation, as he visualised it disintegrating into thin air. Ahhh… Gone for good!
