If that worried over can be resolved, just resolve it and end the worry now. If that worried over cannot be resolved, just let it be and end the worry now (since worry is not going to help in the least). If worry persists, please reread the first two lines. There are three tricky parts though – [1] Realising whether you really CAN do something to resolve the worry or not, [2] Realising whether you really WANT to resolve the worry or not, [3] Realising that though you might not be able to do anything to resolve the worry now, you might be able to do so LATER. But till then… no worries… for now, or ever!)
