Our first, ongoing and last spiritual ‘job’ in the universe is to seek liberation, and to better guide everyone else to liberation. All our mundane work is to support this task.
Will more technology help or hamper us? Someone needs to maintain the machines. But what if ‘someone’ becomes another machine?
When we lose our mundane work, will we be more focused on our spiritual work? But will we be able to ‘afford’ it? Thus is the paradox of automation. It can save much expenses but cut many jobs. How much tech is enough tech? What is the Middle Path?
