Nutrition Cert

Just got this Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell (a subsidiary of Cornell University), which offers rigorous study of evidence supporting health benefits of the Whole-Food Plant-Based Diet (WFPBD) – which can be aligned to Maha-Veganism, the kindest and wisest way of life, as advocated by Sakyamuni Buddha in his Mahayana teachings. Now that I’ve learnt more from perhaps the best nutrition course around, that cuts to the chase, I’ll be extending the 3rd run of Project Makan with more nutritional tips!
