This quote might be ‘natural’ for many humans, but it is not the point. The key point is that we can become more natural – more in tune with our Buddha-nature, that is free from sadness, anger, fear and such. It is not about being positive or negative, but becoming more real(istic) – in a calm and clear way that is not fake (forced) optimism or useless pessimism.
