Which are you and
what do you rejoice in?

In the present, pine not for,
but ‘remember’ the future,
so as to not make new mistakes.

[344] A complete reality check
requires counting both
your blessings and ‘cursings’,
so as to fortify the first,
so as to transform the latter.

[345] For every person, matter and thing,
if you look hard enough,
you will see the dark side.

For every person, matter and thing,
if you look hard enough,
you will see the bright side.

[346] It is not that you are not good enough,
but that you do not want to be good enough.
Instead of lamenting that you are not good enough,
start wanting to become good enough.

[347] What specific solution can you seek
if you cannot specify your problem?

What specific solution cannot be sought
if you can specify your problem?

[348] Be one with tea when sipping.
Be one with life when living.

we are all crazy to some extent.

[350] Only with sincere practice
of the Dharma with our
body, speech and mind
can the Dharma truly benefit us.
